OUR WORKING SYSTEM & TERMS
DEVICE ACCEPTANCE & SERVICE FORM: Every product left to our service is recorded in our technical service software. Then, the relevant malfunction record form is delivered to the customer. During the acceptance of the product, the malfunction information about the product and the general physical condition of the device, the accessories received and the warranty status of the device, the malfunction acceptance specification and the necessary information for the follow-up of the device are available on this form. With the help of the serial number and form number on the form, you can inquire about the status of the devices by calling our Customer Service.
DETECTION: Our technicians, who are experts in their field and field, take the products into maintenance in order of date after the failure acceptance process and perform the detection and repair operations about the malfunction of the device. For the devices beyond their warranty, if the preliminary repair approval is not obtained, the repair cost is calculated and notified to our customers. Devices are diagnosed with professional software and hardware.
APPROVAL: Repair costs of out-of-warranty products are notified to customers verbally and in writing. Upon approval of the customer, devices are repaired for a fee.
CANCELLATION OF APPROVAL: After the repair processes of the devices are completed, the operations performed, technician notes, materials used in the device are recorded in our technical service system, and our customers are informed in writing or verbally about the devices. The customer's copy of the defect acceptance form regarding the operation performed on the product is delivered to the customer during the delivery of the device.
1 year workmanship warranty is given for repaired products.
If the product is used, opened or repaired outside of the specifications described in the user manual, or if it is found that it has been exposed to liquid or impact, it is out of warranty.
During the warranty period and in case of malfunctions caused by factory defect; repair will be made without any charge such as labor cost, replacement part cost or any other name.
For products beyond their warranty or malfunction due to user error, device repair is subject to a fee.
The repair process cannot be started without notifying the customer about the cost and getting the repair approval.
Our company is not responsible for products that are not approved by the customer within 30 days.
The ideal diagnostic time is 2 business days, and the maximum diagnostic time is 10 business days.
